  • REFORM | Fundamentals

    This 45-minute dynamic reformer class is perfect for anyone new to Pilates or the reformer. You’ll move at a steady, supportive pace, learning how to use the equipment safely while building an understanding of core Pilates principles. Expect clear guidance, confidence-building movement, and plenty of time to get comfortable before progressing to our Mixed Level or Advanced classes.

    We recommend attending at least one REFORM | Fundamentals class before exploring our other class types.

  • REFORM | Core

    This 45-minute reformer class offers a balanced, full-body workout suitable for all abilities. You’ll move through a dynamic flow that blends strength, control, and mobility, with options to dial the intensity up or down depending on your experience. With clear progressions and regressions provided throughout, this class is ideal for those who are comfortable with the basics and ready for variety, challenge, and continual improvement.

    Perfect for building strength, confidence, and consistency before moving into our Progression classes.

  • REFORM | Progression

    This 45-minute reformer class is designed for those who are confident with technique and ready for increased challenge. Expect a faster pace, more complex sequences, and higher-intensity variations that demand strength, control, coordination, and endurance. This class will push you to refine your form, elevate your skill level, and explore the full potential of the reformer.

    We recommend attending at least 10 REFORM | Core classes before progressing to this class.

  • REFORM | Sculpt

    A 45 minute targeted, toning-focused reformer class using small equipment such as bands, ankle weights, and 1kg dumbbells. Expect slow, controlled, muscle-burning sequences that sculpt and shape while improving alignment and muscular endurance. Ideal for anyone wanting precision, activation, and that deep Pilates burn.

  • REFORM | Strong

    This 45 minute strength-focused reformer class incorporates dumbbells and resistance work to build power, definition, and control. Expect a dynamic full-body workout that blends classical Pilates precision with functional strength training. Perfect for those wanting to feel stronger, more sculpted, and more capable both on and off the reformer.

  • REFORM | Stretch

    A 45 minute restorative, mobility-focused class designed to lengthen, release, and rebalance the body. Using the reformer’s support and resistance, you’ll move through slow, deep stretches that improve flexibility, reduce tension, and enhance recovery. Ideal for all levels, especially those looking to unwind or complement higher-intensity training.
