Late Cancellation & No Show Policy
At Reform Room, we’re committed to keeping things fair, smooth, and stress-free - for you and for our entire community.
Because our classes have limited spaces, late cancellations and no-shows prevent other clients from joining sessions they would love to attend. Our cancellation policy ensures everyone has a fair chance to book and enjoy their classes.
Cancellation Policy
We operate a strict 12-hour cancellation window for all studio classes.
If you cancel less than 12 hours before your class start time, the following applies:
Class Pack or REFORM 4/8/12 Membership
- You will lose the class credit
Unlimited Members
- You are entitled to 1 late cancel per membership period.
- A £20 late-cancellation fee applies
Please note: Late cancellations cannot be reversed, so only book classes you are confident you can attend.
No-Show Policy
If you do not attend your booked class and do not cancel, you will be marked as a no-show:
Class Pack or REFORM 4/8/12 Membership
- You will lose your class credit, plus
- A £5 no-show fee will apply
Unlimited Members
- A £28 no-show fee will apply
Important Check-In Reminder
Please ensure you check in on the iPad when you arrive. If you are not marked as attended, your booking may be recorded as a no-show -even if you participated in class.
